Today's 'splurge' is one of my favorite dresses. The bold red color mixed with the adorable heart print makes it a great spring party dress. But the price is a little steep! While browsing through Targets website, I came across our 'steal'. The same beautiful color with a similar heart pattern and only $19.99! The silhouette is different, but still adorable, plus the bow belt adds some fun to the mix!
